Stay inside your vehicle: Unless you need to exit the vehicle to move to a safer location, stay inside your vehicle with your seatbelt fastened.
Stay aware: Be aware of your surroundings and stay alert for any passing vehicles or suspicious activity. Do not leave your vehicle unattended or unlocked.
Stay visible: Keep your hazard lights on, especially at night. If it's safe to do so, use reflective triangles or flares to make your vehicle more visible to passing traffic.
